Google Apps Helpdesk

Baker Security & Networks have a highly skilled team of support specialists dedicated to supporting our Google Apps customers.

We provide two levels of support to our clients.

Administrator Helpdesk Support: Administrator Support provides Domain Administrators with access to our dedicated Google Apps Helpdesk via email and phone.

The first line of support for end users is the onsite IT department. Baker Security & Network provide second level support, issue escalation and support for domain wide issues.

End User Helpdesk Support: End User Support provides direct helpdesk support to all users at your domain.

The Network Administrator no longer needs to support email. End users can open support tickets directly with Baker Security & Network’s helpdesk via email or phone.
